Welcome to WarCrown, a fan-based, non-commercial server project for World of Warcraft. By accessing or using our website, services, or game server (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any features provided by WarCrown, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Cheating and Exploits: Using cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users, or posting content that is hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Commercial Use: Using the Service for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money.
Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
Violation of Laws: Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Blizzard Entertainment Property

WarCrown is a fan-based project and does not claim ownership of any World of Warcraft intellectual property, including but not limited to game client assets, storylines, characters, locations, lore, trademarks, or logos. All World of Warcraft content is the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

5.2 WarCrown Content

All original content created by WarCrown, including website design, custom scripts, database structures, and unique game modifications, remains the intellectual property of WarCrown. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

6.1 No Guarantee of Service

We strive to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming experience but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6.2 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including but not limited to characters, items, progress, or account information, resulting from server crashes, bugs, maintenance, or administrative actions.

7. Donations and Payments

7.1 Voluntary Donations

WarCrown operates on a non-profit basis. Any donations received are strictly voluntary and are used solely to cover operational costs such as hosting, domain registration, and infrastructure. Donations do not entitle you to any special privileges, in-game items, or services.

7.2 No Refunds

All donations are non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary contribution to support the project and are not purchasing goods or services.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WarCrown. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that WarCrown shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WarCrown and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WarCrown and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Service;
Your violation of any term of these Terms;
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the WarCrown project is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WarCrown regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
