Fair Play Policy

At WarCrown, we are committed to providing a fair and balanced gaming environment for all players. Our Fair Play Policy outlines the standards we expect from every member of our community.

What is Fair Play?

Fair play means that every player has an equal opportunity to enjoy the game without being disadvantaged by cheating, exploitation, or unethical behavior. We believe that competition should be based on skill, strategy, and teamwork—not on unfair advantages.

Prohibited Activities

Cheating & Hacking: Using any third‑party software, macros, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. This includes speed hacks, wallhacks, aimbots, and any automation of gameplay.
Bug Exploitation: Intentionally using game bugs or glitches to duplicate items, bypass restrictions, or gain unintended benefits is prohibited. If you discover a bug, please report it to our team.
Real‑Money Trading (RMT): Buying, selling, or trading in‑game items, currency, or accounts for real money is not allowed. This disrupts the economy and creates security risks.
Account Sharing & Boosting: Allowing others to play on your account (or playing on someone else’s account) for the purpose of gaining an unfair progression advantage is considered boosting and is not permitted.
Win‑Trading & Match Fixing: Arranging with other players to manipulate match outcomes, ratings, or rankings undermines competitive integrity and is prohibited.
Toxic Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Treat others with respect.

Allowed Activities

Using add‑ons that only provide quality‑of‑life improvements (e.g., UI modifications, damage meters) as long as they do not automate gameplay.
Playing multiple accounts (multi‑boxing) if each account is manually controlled and not used to exploit game mechanics.
Forming legitimate guilds, groups, and alliances to achieve in‑game objectives.
Participating in player‑vs‑player (PvP) and player‑vs‑environment (PvE) content as intended by the game design.

How We Enforce Fair Play

Our team uses a combination of automated systems and manual reviews to detect violations. When a potential breach is identified, we investigate thoroughly before taking action. Penalties may include:

Warnings and temporary suspensions
Permanent account bans for severe or repeated offenses
Rollback or removal of illegitimately gained items, currency, or achievements
IP or hardware bans in extreme cases

Reporting Violations

If you suspect another player of violating our Fair Play Policy, please report them through the in‑game reporting system or contact our GM Support team. Provide as much evidence as possible (screenshots, videos, logs) to help us investigate.
