SW Innkeeper doesn't allow you to set your heartstone there, npcs are stuck in place and they don't wander around (only checked SW), quest automatic accept in starting zone does not automatically close the quest prompt, if you want to close the quest prompt cancel is not enough, you have to close it using the x.
