Tips

Be honest about progression and atmosphere — recruits who join under wrong expectations leave fast
Mention what makes you different (mature crowd, hardcore parsers, social-first, etc.)
Edit your post when needs change instead of starting a new thread — old threads keep their visibility
Reply to applicants publicly or via DM within a few days; ghosting hurts your reputation
