Hi I've been trying to login into my account but I keep hitting a brickwall with this error on it : https://imgur.com/a/9PL81uc ,It's an error specific not having internet connection or DNS problems or incorrect user or password but I assure you I typed it correcly my other account works just fine . Could it have something to do with Crystallsong appearing in maintainance on the realm status on the website ?

The server is currently undergoing maintenance and updates. Once the technical work is complete, please try logging in again - the issue should be resolved by then.
We also recommend clearing the game cache using the launcher. If the problem persists after that, please reply in this thread.

yea I still get the same error as in the sreen shot tried cache clearing , acc resync on web pw change, nothing works

I think my acc desynced someohow cuz all my other acounts work properly idk what to do tbh ,reinstalled client clean tried pretty much everything

Please try changing your email address and check if the issue is resolved.
If the issue still remains after this step, please let us know in this thread.

I'm not sure what would cause that cuz ,yesterday morning I played I was leveling my mage with my warrior in classic dungeons after that I had some IRL stuff to attend and I logged both off normaly and when I came home , my warrior's acc was unable to connect displaying You have been disconnected. (WOW51900317) logged off normaly idk , as I said my other accoutns work properly but this one does this for some reason , tried changing pasword , resync , changing email , reinstalling client clean and so on cleared cache etc etc nothing works .

Getting same after restart.

There was server restart, so i exited the game, returned now, wanted to log and i am getting 312 error too.

I thought that the server issues were solved?

Changed back to (WOW51900317) so I have no clue .. , I couldn't log in my main account for 2 days almost

I wonder how many new people try this server, get error 319, then 312 or 317 look at the website, see there is no communication and move on to another server, because they can't do anything about that?

Well, people are leaving, first of all before there's nothing to do, as content is either bugged or disabled, secondly because others left, and thirdly; because we are still getting random disconnects and then being forced out of the game for at least two hours by constantly getting error WOW51900312. And also, everytime i see on this forum someone with an issue / idea/anything, there is usually answer from you Rheinwave and then its instantly locked. Even when there could possibly someone come with the same issue that was not resolved by proposed solution, or anything.

I also never got that promised mount.
