How campaign rewards work
Everything here is automatic; you do not click anything on the website to claim.
Mailed rewards
Items, gold, mounts, and pets handed out by staff arrive in your account inbox the same way RAF rewards do. Open the Gifts tab on your profile to pick a character.
Event buffs (like Joyous Journeys)
During seasonal events, qualifying players get the matching in-game buff automatically the next time they log in. No claim button, no website action — the buff lasts as long as the event is active.
