issue to install the new launcher

Hi team,

regarding the last messahe about the new version of the launcher, i 've tried to update the new launcher. But didn't succeed. Still got the 1.4.6. so i have uninstall all the client. and redownload the laucher. But now, its says "impossible to execute a file from a temporarie folder. Abandon the setup. Error 5: Acces denie"

first time i saw this message. Can you check the new launcher if everything is ok?

The error occurs because the installer cannot run one of its temporary files due to access being denied.

Main Reasons:
- Antivirus / Windows Defender (Most common cause)
- Security software blocks execution of files from the temporary folder (%TEMP%). This is a common false positive with installers.
- Insufficient permissions on the Temp folder
- The current user does not have full rights to read/execute files in the Windows temporary directory.
- Problems with TMP/TEMP environment variables
- The temporary folder path is set to a restricted or non-existent location.
- Running without Administrator rights
- The installer needs elevated privileges but was not launched as Administrator.
- Corrupted or damaged installer file
- The setup file itself is incomplete or got corrupted during download.
- Windows User Account Control (UAC) or folder protection
- Strict system policies or protected folders preventing execution from Temp.
- Conflict with other security tools
- Sandboxing software, application control, or endpoint protection solutions.

Recommendation:
Please check that your Windows system does not have any of the problems listed above. Temporarily disable your antivirus, run the installer as Administrator (right-click > Run as administrator), and try again. Restarting your computer before retrying can also help.

If the error still appears after checking these points, please reply with the following information:
- Your version of Windows
- Which antivirus software you are using
- Did you uninstall your previous launcher version with your Windows built-in uninstaller?

Hi,

1. i use Windows 10 pro
2. Avast antivirus free
3. no, i have uninstalled with the .exe from the initial warcrown launcher folder

additionnal remarks: the 1st installation worked well.

i have deactivated my antivirus.
executed as administrator.
still got the message.

i retried, and looks like my antivirus, was not totally deactivated.
