Hey, im new in game, i download launcher, but cant connect, enter account and say You have disconnect from server, what is the problem? i reset cachem and re install launcher but nothing work, help plz :(

Hi, this solve the login issue. After logging into game, its just lagging and disconnecting over and over. Tried with VPN and other network connections but still connection issue exists. My IP address is 88.230.72.232
I think game server firewall rules blocking this ip prefixes, maybe not idk. Can you help me

The blocking may be coming from your country. A known issue is that access from Russia is impossible without using a proxy or VPN.

I think it would be helpful to add a note to the **"Get Started – Easy 4-Step Guide"** section that users must log in using their **email address**, not their username.
