Summary: Beat Bartleby quest bugged you can't defeat him, he should surrender when he is low HP
Where: Stormwind - Old Town
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add quest (Beat Bartleby) ID - 1640
2. Talk with him and start fight
3. He does not surrender when low HP, it's unkillable and quest is not completable
Expected behavior: Should surrender when is at low HP and quest should be completable
Actual behavior: Does not surrender and quest is not completable
Character: Ravaer,warrior,level 80
Server time when it happened: Around 9:55
Reproducible: Always
