WarCrown is opening volunteer recruitment for several key positions. We are seeking passionate individuals who want to contribute their skills to a long-term, community-driven World of Warcraft project focused on authenticity, stability, and quality.

Open Positions

Game Master

Provide player support, resolve in-game issues, and ensure fair gameplay across the server.

Requirements:

1. Previous GM or customer support experience
2. Strong written communication skills
3. Flexible availability (5–10 hours per week)

Core Developer

Work on server infrastructure, fix bugs, implement custom features, and improve game mechanics.

Requirements:

1. Experience with C++, SQL, Lua, or PHP
2. Strong knowledge of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
3. Git and team collaboration experience

UI / UX Designer

Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for the website, launcher, and in-game UI modifications.

Requirements:

1. UI / UX design experience
2. Knowledge of Figma or Sketch
3. Portfolio of previous work

Community Manager

Engage with players, manage social platforms, organize events, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Requirements:

1. Community or social media management experience
2. Conflict resolution and communication skills
3. English proficiency required

Forum Moderator

Maintain order across forums and in-game chats, enforce rules, and handle player reports.

Requirements:

1. Fair and impartial judgment
2. Strong understanding of server rules
3. Patience and professionalism

Data Analyst

Analyze player behavior, server performance, and economy balance to provide data-driven insights.

Requirements:

1. Experience with SQL, Excel, or Python
2. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
3. Report writing experience

What We Offer

Volunteers gain practical experience working on a live game server with an active community. Team members receive full access to game features, internal tools, and recognition for their contributions.

Time Commitment

Most roles require approximately 5–10 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible, allowing contributors to balance real-life commitments with participation in the project.
