TBC DUNGEONS ( Difficulty Settings Bugged ) And more .

Summary: TBC dungeons are only enterable if you set heroic difficulty to the dungeon, and if you kill all the bosses you get an undefined amount of time of cooldown on it ( might be visual haven't tried to reenter after a while} , mobs have normal HP and damage but the issue is that you get saved as if u cleared heroic, and the loot is from normal
you can't enter in the same day u cleared if u want to redo the dungeon and I think it interferes with RDF finder which I think would work properly but the Instances are not assigning the right difficulty and loot ) . It also rewards the achievement of clearing the dungeon in Heroic mode even though u did it on normal in practice .

Steps to reproduce:
1.Set dungeon difficulty to normal Try to enter doesn't work
2.Set dungeon difficulty to heroic you are able to enter
3.Enter dungeon clear the dungeon , get cooldown get wrong loot table

Expected behavior: Entering a TBC dungeon should work according by level ranges and desired difficulty Normal or Heroic (heroic 70 only also requires keys for most of them )

Actual behavior: In order to enter a dungeon in TBC you are obliged to set dungeon difficulty to Heroic (the only way to enter that works ) mobs inside have Normal level + HP pool / damage but they reward normal gear instead f Heroic and you get the heroic achievements for killing normal bosses in practice
Character: Herbank / Horde Hunter / Troll / LVL 1

Server time when it happened: I don't remember the time but I have the date when I cleared Hellfire Ramparts for the first time at level 63 If I remember correctly 01.06.2026 and since then I have cooldown on the dungeon.

Reproducible: Yes , to this day
