My character is stuck

Try the in-game /unstuck command first — it teleports you to the nearest graveyard. If that's not available (mid-flight, locked instance, etc.), use the self-service Stuck Character tool at https://warcrown.org/support/stuck-character: pick the affected character, confirm, and your character will be teleported to a safe location automatically. There's a short cooldown between uses to prevent abuse. If both fail, file a ticket from the in-game help frame — a GM will move you manually.
