I lost an item — can I get it back?

For most items lost in the last 14 days, yes — and you can do it yourself, no ticket required. Open the self-service tool at https://warcrown.org/support/item-restoration, pick the character, and you'll see every soulbound item the realm recorded as lost: destroyed, mail-expired, vendor-sold, or carried by a deleted character. Click Restore next to the row and the item is mailed back to that character. Tradable / non-soulbound items, gold, and items older than 14 days aren't covered — file a GM ticket and we'll review case by case.
